OneCount: Shared Inventory — Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
The service
OneCount keeps the available stock of variants you group into a pool in sync with one shared count. It reads and updates inventory in your Shopify store only for variants you add to a pool.
Your responsibilities
You choose which variants share stock and how many units each sale uses. Please review a pool after creating it and keep an eye on its activity log. Pausing or deleting a pool stops syncing and leaves your stock as it is.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app; cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. Shopify outages, store settings or third-party apps that change inventory can affect syncing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 3 months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
